Submit a Formal Complaint

Complaints – Zinchi International

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to give a full written response within 20 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, or we do not respond within a reasonable time, you may be able to complain to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) – for UK immigration advice complaints only, which regulates our immigration advice work. We can provide you with the latest contact details for the IAA. For other regulatory bodies, we will provide you with their latest contact details.

Making a complaint will not affect the way we handle your case.
